These Terms and Conditions govern your use of careprotrainingtx.com and the training and services offered by Care Pro Training.
By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES: You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login information secure. Course accounts, assessments, and certificates are intended for the registered learner only. You may not share an account, complete training for another person, or allow another person to complete training or assessments for you.
COURSE PURCHASES AND ACCESS: Prices and course details are displayed on the applicable course or checkout page. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed by a third-party payment provider, such as Stripe. Unless a course page states otherwise, access remains available through the learner’s account while the course continues to be offered by Care Pro Training. We may update, replace, or discontinue course content when reasonably necessary.
REFUND POLICY: Because self-paced digital course access is provided after purchase, all sales are final once course access begins. Refunds are not provided after a learner has accessed course materials. If you experience a duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, or technical problem that prevents access, contact Care Pro Training promptly so the matter can be reviewed.
COURSE COMPLETION AND CERTIFICATES: Learners must complete all stated course requirements, including any required assessment and passing score, before receiving a Certificate of Completion. Certificates are issued to the registered learner and reflect the information entered in that learner’s account. Learners are responsible for ensuring their name and other account information are accurate.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Care Pro Training develops training for Texas child-care professionals and aligns course content with applicable Texas Child Care Regulation Minimum Standards and professional-development topics when stated. Licensing agencies do not approve or endorse individual training resources or trainers. Learners, employers, and child-care programs are responsible for confirming that a course is appropriate for their particular permit type, job role, experience level, employer policy, and training requirement.
CLOCK HOURS: Clock hours are awarded only for the course identified on the Certificate of Completion. Purchasing or opening a course does not by itself earn clock hours. Learners must participate honestly and complete all stated requirements.
WEBINARS AND ON-SITE TRAINING: Instructor-led webinars and on-site training may be offered by arrangement. Scheduling, service area, participant requirements, pricing, travel charges, cancellation terms, and other details will be confirmed separately in writing. Those written arrangements will control if they differ from these general terms.
ACCEPTABLE USE: You may use course materials only for your own personal professional development unless Care Pro Training provides written permission otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, resell, publish, upload, or create competing materials from Care Pro Training content.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Course lessons, assessments, written materials, graphics, downloads, branding, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Care Pro Training and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
WEBSITE AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY: We work to keep the website and courses available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet interruptions, platform outages, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access when practical.
SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION: Care Pro Training may suspend or terminate access when there is evidence of account sharing, dishonest course completion, unauthorized copying or distribution, payment fraud, abusive conduct, misuse of the website, or violation of these terms.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES: Our website may use third-party services, including LearnWorlds for course hosting and Stripe for payment processing. Those providers maintain their own terms, privacy policies, and service practices.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, Care Pro Training is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or courses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
